Our Founder & Leadership
Our founder, RT Taylor, brought nearly 30 years of experience in healthcare and commercial environmental services when he launched Motai Solutions in 2019.
Under his guidance, the company has placed a premium on responsive communication, value-added services, and hands-on leadership — traits that helped build strong relationships with contractors, property managers, and homeowners alike.
Today, as part of the broader team with Total Concord Cleaning, we continue that tradition — combining Motai’s personal, client-focused roots with broader resources, consistent standards, and industry-leading practices.
